الخصوصية
حقوق الملكيةo بغض النظر عن المعلومات الشخصية، التي تم صياغتها في سياسة الخصوصية لتطبيق فلورينا، فإن أي معلومات تقوم بأرسالها او نشرها على هذا التطبيق سوف تعتبر غير سرية. ولن يكون على التطبيق أي التزامات فيما يخص هذه المعلومات.
o ترفض سياسة تطبيق فلورينا نشر وتحميل أو ارسال إلى أو من التطبيق أي من المعلومات التالية:
o تنتهك أي قانون محلي، وطني او دولي معمول به.
o غير مشروعة او احتيالية تصل الى حد الاعلان غير المصرح به او تحتوي على فيروسات او أي برامج اخرى ضارة. لا يجوز لك اساءة استخدام الموقع (بما في ذلك بواسطة القرصنة) أي تعليقات أو ملاحظات يضعها المستخدم على التطبيق يجب ألا:
oلا يجوز للمستخدم استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض اخر الذي يقوم الموقع بتوفيره. ان تطبيق فلورينا هو للمستخدمين فقط ولا يجوز استخدامه بالارتباط مع أي جهات اخرى تجارية ماعدا تلك التي تم اقرارها او اعتمادها تحديدا من قبل التطبيق واخذ اذن من قبل إدارة فلورينا.
o في حال ارتكاب المستخدم أي شيء محظور، فإن تطبيق فلورينا لديها الحق في وقف، أو منع أو إنهاء عضوية المستخدم للوصول الى التطبيق.
o تتضمن الانشطة المحظورة ولا تقتصر على ما يلي:
o النشاط الجنائي او التقصيري، بما في ذلك الافلام الخلاعية للأطفال، الاحتيال، التجارة في المواد الخليعة، الاتجار في المخدرات، القمار، التحرش، المطاردة، البريد الالكتروني غير المرغوب فيه،
o انتهاك حقوق النشر، او سرقة الاسرار المهنية.
o الاعلان او استدراج أي شخص لشراء او بيع أي منتجات او خدمات، ما لم يكن ذلك مصرح من الموقع. الاستعادة النظامية للبيانات او المحتويات الاخرى من الموقع على الشبكة لأنشاء او تأليف، بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر، مجموعة، مؤلف، قاعدة بيانات، او دليل بدون أي تصريح خطي من الموقع.
o القيام بأي استخدام غير مصرح به بما في ذلك اخذ اسماء المستخدمين و/أو عناوين البريد الالكتروني للمستخدمين بواسطة وسائل الكترونية او اخرى لغرض ارسال بريد الكتروني غير مرغوب فيه وفي هذه الحالة لا تتحمل إدارة تطبيق فلورينا أيا من الخسائر التي تترتب على هذا الفعل.
o المشاركة في أي صياغة غير مصرح بها او ربطها بالموقع. ارسال رسائل او بريد الكتروني غير مرغوب فيه الى المستخدمين.
o استخدام أي معلومات تم الحصول عليها من تطبيق فلورينا لكي يتم عمليات استفزاز، الاساءة الى او الضرر بشخص اخر ويحق للإدارة فلورينا ملاحقة الأشخاص وراء ذلك قانونيا ومحاسبتهم قضائيا بما ينص القانون الأردني.
o استخدام خدمة التطبيق لمنافسة تطبيق فلورينا وتقديم الخدمات المتوفرة في تطبيق فلوريا كمكتب خدمة.
o فك الشفرة الخاصة بتطبيق فلورينا، تفكيك او اعادة هندسة أي من البرمجيات التي يتكون منها التطبيق أو تشكل جزءا من التطبيق.
o محاولة تجاوز أي اجراءات للتطبيق مصممة لمنع او تقييد الدخول الى التطبيق او أي جزء من التطبيق.
o مضايقة، ازعاج، ترهيب او تهديد للتطبيق من خلال أي وسيلة اتصال أو لأي شخص يعمل لدى التطبيق من فئة الموظفين ومزودين الخدمات على التطبيق
o استخدام التطبيق باي اسلوب لا يتفق مع القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها في الاردن. وأي اشتباه بالقيام بعمليات غير مشروعة على التطبيق.
o في حال اصابة تطبيق فلورينا خسائر مادية و/ او معنوية و/ او ادبية نتيجة الانشطة المحظور والمذكور اعلاه من المستخدم، فانه سوف يتحمل كافة الاضرار التي اصابة التطبيق من جراء هذه الافعال وسيتم اللجوء الى القضاء للمطالبة بالأضرار وستكون المحكمة المختصة بنظر هذه الشكوى هي محكمة بداية عمان المختصة.
